The practice of law is a second career for me. I spent a decade as an enlisted soldier in the US Army, and I can understand the frustration when you need to take care of something important, but can't because everything is closed when you have time off work.

I have extensive experience litigating in Texas courts, and the two goals of drafting any legal document are to minimize the chances of a dispute getting to the point of litigation, and to ensure that the law is on your side if litigation is absolutely unavoidable.
